Good afternoon,
For well over a decade, I've cherished watching your family grow and change. I've laughed, I've cried, and I marveled at the moments we all shared together! I've met some incredible people and families, made some great friends and been inspired by so many of you. I've truly loved the quiet conversations we've had behind the scenes; and gosh the absolute silliness of my demonstrated "how-to's"! That’s always been epic! As a collaborative team, we've splashed in the ocean, walked amongst the golden grasses, and reveled in the magic of each session.
"Thank You" for choosing me to be a part of your lives. "Thank you" for having me back, year after year, and allowing me a glimpse into your world. Thank you for trusting me to capture the people you love the most. And, in a sea of photographers, you chose me, and I'm so grateful to have been a part of your family. Please know you've always been a part of mine.
So, all that said... After many months of reflection, I'm writing to share that after 15 wonderful years, Classic Cape Cod Flair Photography will be closing on February 20th, 2026. I will no longer accept clients or bookings.
After being sidelined for nearly 16 months (post-knee reconstruction), this difficult decision was made. My family and I had many thoughtful discussions regarding my knee’s ongoing physical ability, restrictions, flexibility, mobility, and safety out in “the field”. We considered the risk vs benefit and weighed my overall ability to meet client expectations.
On February 20th, 2026, I will permanently archive all photographed sessions and close all affiliated social media platforms.
If you choose to have a previously photographed session re-opened for print or digitals orders, kindly respond to this email with your name, session year/approx. date and a current email address you'd like the gallery sent to. Your gallery will then be open within 24hrs and remain accessible for orders until: February 20th, 2026.
Please place any final orders by that date, as I will be unable to accommodate anything past closing of business. Images and data will be handled securely and archived on external hard drives by Feb 21st, 2026. Note: I will no longer host any proofing sites, gallery sites, or business past that date. *I will not be accomodating re-edits on ANY past sessions*
It’s been an honor to stop time for you - one I've never taken lightly. Thank you again, for being part of the Classic Cape Cod Flair Photography family, and I hope our paths cross again!
