One of my biggest drives and loves in life is my family. Too many times do I hear moms, dads and grandparents say, “We haven’t had a family photo in years.” or “I don’t have any pictures with my kids because I’m always taking their picture.” As a mom I know the struggle of trying to get a cute selfie with your little one but only finding yourself in a weird angle with someone’s hand in your mouth.
It breaks my heart to know that there are people who don’t have a photo they want to hang proudly on their wall for everyone to see. Sometimes all because they didn’t like their hair, their pants, their mismatched socks, or someone had their finger up their nose.
I can’t promise that you won’t have a hand somewhere in your face, but I can promise a flattering angle that will show just how much love there is between you and your child, spouse, parents or even your pet.
Want a mommy and me photo? One of the grandkids for (or even better, with) grandma and grandpa? Is your dog the best dog in the whole world? One for your Great Aunt that you only get to see on special occasions, because you know how much she loves to brag about her sister’s, daughter’s, son, who has grown up to be so handsome. It can be as simple as wanting candid photos in your home of a normal day, running around outside or building with Lego’s. Let’s freeze time in the form of a photo.
Photo’s have a way of evoking emotion and sparking memories that have you telling stories for hours.
Those memories bring us together. So, do it for your spouse, your kids, your parents. Or do it for you. For your own memories to look back on, and smile.
Allow me the opportunity to capture the moments your family can look back on and remember with a smile and a story. Those memories are what we have, to hold onto for a lifetime. And only by fully reading through this post will you know that I will give you or someone you know 40% a family-based session if you or they book with me by May 1st.
So share this. We all know someone who could use it.
