If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.
One of the most basic things I’ve learned as an entrepreneur and business owner is that it takes a village.
You might wear a million hats in your business, but after a while, you’ll start to realize that you’re not good at everything You can’t do everything by yourself. Sooner or later you’re gonna realize that in order to build up and scale up you’ll need to focus on things that you’re good at, and to delegate out the things that others are better at.
Many of us have had corporate jobs. Multi billion dollar conglomerates hell-bent on ruling the world.
How do you think they did? Is the accountant the same person running the department and answering the phones? probably not.
It’s the same with your business. Building a team around what you do is the foundation of scaling and is the only thing I’ve seen that allows for the highest amount of value and impact in my clients’ lives.
I have surrounded myself with business minds; better at certain aspects of the game than I am. It’s been transformational and I’m just getting started.
What do you think? Put it in the comments and let’s talk shop.
