It's a new year and probably a good time to remind you to PRINT YOUR PHOTOS. I just printed 1000 4x6 photos and put them into a photo storage box for now. I have thousands more that still need to be printed from mid-2017 to present, so I'll probably get some albums to slide photos into as well.

How do you organize printed photos? Do you have a routine to help you stay on top of it? I'm in desperate need of one myself!

I think this series has officially come to an end. 😭 40 weeks in. 40 weeks out.

2020 may have been a rough year in many ways, but I'll never forget how it brought us the MOST joy with this sweet baby and all of the slow down time we've had to enjoy her.

We had her 9 month checkup last week and our NP pointed out that she was a super happy baby and that I looked so at ease and filled with joy. She said, "This is how it goes. Your first baby, you question everything. Your second baby creates chaos because you have to figure out how to balance life with two. Your third baby, though...that's the one you just get to enjoy." In our case, these words could not be more true. 💕

Side note: it's probably time for me to put these comfy maternity pants away. They came in handy for the post-Thanksgiving food baby, though.

I heard your voice say “You want that toy” as you moved it back to me, and I rested in the truth that you come when I call.⠀

I know you get tired of my cries. It feels like cry for everything right now.⠀

I don’t know how to say “I need the toy” or most importantly “I need you” so I cry instead.⠀

It's been a while and I never updated anyone about the length of my maternity leave. I took a break just before COVID started, and have now taken more time off than I had originally planned. Because I've gotten some recent inquiries, I figured I should update:

- 😷 I'm not yet comfortable enough to do any indoor or newborn sessions, as I don't want to get close enough to put anyone at risk.
- 🌞 For anyone who has a gift certificate session booked, I'm happy to honor that session outdoors at a distance whenever everyone feels safe enough to do so
- 🥰 Any other sessions will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Life with 3 littles has been busy and I'm probably going to keep things slow in this business for that reason!
