Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to work with another local business owner to produce some product images for her ceramics work!

Keri, owner and creator at Sift Ceramics, has a lovely collab coming out mid-February of 9 mugs comprised of 3 phrases and 3 colors. We spent about 2 hours creating pretty great images for social media to promo the launch. With the gorgeous mugs, amazing light, and excellent company, it was a hard shoot to wrap.

Keri’s primary platform is Instagram or her website, www.siftceramics.com.

All that to say, I think product photography could be a lovely addition to portraits - gimme your stuff and I’ll make pretty pictures! ✨

Winter in New England can be tough for creatives. We might be stuck inside due to the cold, due to snow, or ya know the global pandemic. Any number of things can dampen the creative nature that we feel throughout the spring, summer, and autumn.

I have been trying to beat the winter blues by expanding, not contracting. I grew up in a culture that insisted my dreams did not matter unless they were for someone else; I am breaking those habits slowly. Today I met with Michael at to see the lovely space that is teeming with possibilities. Last week I met with Keri at to discuss product photography for her amazing ceramics. Both of these things will undoubtedly bring my business new growth.

This is just your January reminder that you can grow, change, and become exactly who you’re meant to be. Limiting beliefs are taught and therefore can be unlearned. You are a rockstar and together we can accomplish great things. 💫

What a year 2021 has been. It’s hard to fathom that I’ve been staking claim to this whole photographer thing for 2 full years amidst a global pandemic and being a new mom. Oh and I ran for city council. 😳

This year I photographed 4 beautiful, intimate weddings; 1 magical senior; countless families. I really fell into a stylistic groove that I’m happy with. I made 5x what I made last year 🤯 And while the panoranademic made so many things difficult I will forever be amazed at how my little community navigated it to stay safe and connected. 🥰

In 2022, my goal is to double my weddings, definitely find more magical high school seniors, and invest in the beautiful families who have trusted me with their memories for 2 years now (and also all the new families I plan to meet!!).

My last wedding of 2021 was an absolute stunner - a winter cabin in the woods of Vermont, an intimate ceremony, a snow queen and her wine-cloaked king. ❄️

Jess was stunning, Tom regal. But the details made all the difference. The gorgeous ballgown dress, beautiful rings, and an icy rose bouquet all were exquisite. 🌹

Happy Holidays, friends ✨

We are keepin it R E A L over here in 2021. As we stare down another round of masks, another variant, harder conversations with people we love, and the general pressure to “be productive” in such uncertain times - as we keep enduring, let’s be kind this holiday season.

I know professional photography can be a luxury some can’t afford especially now. I’m aware that my business exists because people have extra money in their banks or because they have the ability to budget it in.

I am so beyond thankful for you. For those who see my work and invest in my skills. For those who refer their friends to me.

Now, it’s time to shine! I want to gift 2 families a session for 2022. Which means I need YOU to nominate a family who you think deserves to have 1.5 hours to just be, to just breathe, to just love each other and make memories.
