On International Women’s Day, let’s celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of all women worldwide.

Today, let’s stand in solidarity with every woman, especially those who have survived domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and intimate partner violence. Your courage to overcome adversity inspires us all.

Let’s recognize the importance of supporting survivors and creating a world where every woman feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Together, let’s continue to raise awareness, advocate for change, and foster a community of compassion and support.

**According to the CDC, 1 in every 4 women is a victim of domestic violence and abuse and an estimated 10 million people are affected every year. **

A tribute to one of my best friends, Sabrina, whose journey here on earth came to a very sudden end.

To know that I was able to fly out to CO in 2022 to take her family portraits, something she really wanted, brings me so much joy. 🫶🏼

She was a true disciple of Christ, who loved big, and inclusively.

My heart continues to weep. 😭

She will be dearly missed because her light was brilliant. ☀️

There is not a single doubt in my mind that she showed up on the other side saying something along the lines of “put me to work” or “what can I do first”.

Until we meet again my friend. 🫶🏼

This holiday season is my favorite. Not just because November is my birthday month but because we celebrate our Savior’s birth. 🫶🏼

Great headshots are valuable for everyone. 👏🏼

Okay…let’s do this.

I am trying to gauge if there is any interest in me setting up a, possibly regular, time and space for a “mini” .

These could be used for social media content, updating that old you know is years old, dating profiles 🤪, etc.

For now, it would be local only in the and surrounding areas based on studio space availability. Min package rate would start at $150.

Do you dedicate a special day of the week or time of day for family time?

Growing up my family hat Sundays dedicated for our family. But we also had family home evenings Monday nights. We would sing together, play, and strengthen our family bonds.

Times like those are the perfect opportunity for an in-home portrait session. Capturing your family being authentic in their interactions and showing their love for one another.

Trust me when I say the pictures will be cherished for generations to come! 🧡

A balm to my soul.

I was able to travel north to the coast of Germany and spend a few days in a quaint little harbor town shortly after my dad’s funeral in 2021. Sadly, I didn’t have an opportunity to visit a beach after my mom passed away just last month. I can definitely feel the difference within my soul.

The beach truly is a place that brings me peace and comfort. Always.

I will be flying back home this weekend to join my family in celebrating my Mama who joined our Papa in Heaven. 🙏🏼

In the end, memories and beautiful photographs is all we are left with.
