Last night Normal West Volleyball varsity beat Metamora in three sets. Here is a little of the action with a few of JV and the Varsity action.

Some flag football action between Urbana Flag Football and U-High. U-High won 14-6 but Urbana fought hard while being outnumbered in players. Good luck rest of the season to both teams!

Champaign jumped out to a 12-6 lead quickly, then West woke up and won 55-12. Here are some captures from the game. Next week will be the first home game for Normal West Football

Flag football is finally here. The first game being Normal Community vs Normal West in town was very appropriate for the history books. Community won the game. It will be fun to see how both teams grow from here.

Last night was a powerhouse matchup between Morton and Normal West Volleyball with Morton winning 2 sets to 1. These two teams battled hard with lots good action going on. Should be a good, long season for both teams.

Week 1 and win #1 for the Normal West Football team. Final score 35-26. First half ended 14-13 so second half had a lot of the scoring. Glenwood tried to make a comeback towards the end but the defense held them off. It was a good game and also, it was a face mask and a sack with a fumble.

Lots of dinking yesterday at Normal West Tennis and the first pickleball tournament. Food, fun and music along with the action on the new courts.
