Some seniors are just naturals in front of the camera—and this young lady is definitely one of them!

For her second senior session, we headed to the beautiful Sunken Gardens in Lincoln, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Her vibrant personality shines through in every photo, and just like our first session, she made my job so easy. Between the gorgeous scenery and her confidence in front of the camera, we captured so many incredible images!

Some sessions are special for more than just the photos.

For this senior session, I had the opportunity to travel to the Omaha area to reconnect with one of my former students! He was in the very last 6th grade class I taught in Idaho, and while it's a little hard to believe *that* much time has already passed, it was such a gift to catch up with him, hear about his plans for the future, and—of course—capture this exciting milestone.

One of my favorite parts of photography is getting to preserve memories, and this session felt especially meaningful because it was a reminder of how quickly life moves and how rewarding it is to reconnect with people who have been part of your journey.

At the beginning of June, I had the pleasure of celebrating this sweet couple not only as a guest, but also as a side photographer for their wedding!

Confession... I *may* be a little too old for the party bus these days. 😂 But these youngins welcomed me right in, and I had the best time capturing all the fun—from the party bus adventures to the late-night dancing and karaoke!

Chloe and Micah created such an incredible, beautifully planned day, and it was truly a blessing to witness and capture a small part of it. The love, laughter, and joy that surrounded them made every moment so special.

Okay friends… once again, I’ve fallen a little (or a lot 😅) behind on sharing sessions! Amazing what happens when photography isn’t your full-time job.

The good news? I’ve had some INCREDIBLE sessions this summer, and I’m planning to do some major catching up over the next few weeks!

As always, I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me to capture their special moments. It truly means the world to me, and I can’t wait to finally start sharing all of these beautiful memories with you.

We’re kicking things off with a senior session that was SO MUCH FUN! Getting to meet new people is one of my favorite parts of photography, and working with Brooke and her amazing family was such a joy. We laughed, explored, and found our rhythm with the camera in no time—which always makes a session feel extra special.

A little while back, I shared a sneak peek video from Emilee's senior session, and now it's finally time to share some of my favorites! ✨

After more than a year away from senior sessions, this was the perfect way to jump back in. Emilee was an absolute joy to work with—easygoing, confident, and completely natural in front of the camera. She brought so much personality to her session, and it shows in every image.
