My camera has been getting a little dusty since I went back to corporate. An end of summer lake trip with our family was a wonderful reason to pull it back out.

Nine kids in the house, SIX of them age 5 and under, and two new babies on the way. Vacation will never be the same. ❤️

Spring Minis: I'll be posting details soon for our upcoming spring mini sessions.

We'll have Easter (potentially with chicks or an easter lamb depending on how things go here at the farm), Mothers Day minis (Let your husbands know now ❤) and end of school/graduation minis to celebrate these incredible kids and the crazy year they made it through.

Quite possibly one of the hardest but most beautiful shoots I've ever done. Make sure you have photos of your children with their grandparents. You will not regret it.

I rarely feel nervous about a shoot, but yesterday was different. When my friend Alisha called me with the request for this shoot it brought me to tears, and I wanted to make sure I was capturing exactly what she was hoping for. I worried about my ability to hold it together, make it fun for the kid...
