There's a lot happening and it goes by very quickly, before you know it your little one will be 1 and there's no turning back. No getting that time back. All you'll have is memories and those can fade, document these days with portraits that last forever :)

Bookings are down and although it is like this every year and I know it will be happen I still find myself freaking out. My family heavily relies on my income from my business so when it gets slow the panic sets in. I planned for slow but this is slower than slow. This is deadzone slow. I'm trying to keep my head up and wait it out, the weather has been awful, warmer temps are on the way but wowzers I am feeling down in the dumps. Winter blues are hitting me hard. Who can relate?

Gah! This sweet little man! Something special about him, he has birthmarks on his little hands, arms, feet, all over. His big brother had them too but lost a lot of them as he grew up, these are little things that you want to document and remember about your tiny baby. I love this portrait, not only is he looking at momma but you can see his birthmarks on his hands and arm, so glad I got to capture this little guys newborn days for this lovely family :)
