My first email to Julie was one of those emails you re-read over and over adding and subtracting exclamation points.

I remember my boyfriend at the time saying - “She’s not your best friend maybe slow your roll and get rid of some of those exclamation points” as he proof read my response to her.

Julie was pregnant and needed someone to start working for her team in preparation for maternity leave. I was in a dead end cold calling position I prayed every day to get out of.

Julie answered my prayer with her email asking me to come work for her! Of course I had a bunch of exclamation points in my email!

Little did we know our relationship would grow into a friendship like no other. Miss Julie has counseled me into adulthood - she has stuck with me when my work was poor - and she cheered me on when my work was on point. Now we keep each other in check with our relationship with Christ and life as working mothers!

She started out as a boss but now I call her friend. And those little boys - they are the reason I was given a chance at a company I originally got turned away from. It’s funny how life takes its turns and twist - getting the opportunity to capture her family’s love last weekend was a really really sweet chapter to our book of friendship.

Some exciting news in my personal life... my husband and I are having a baby!!!

It’s been such a hard secret to keep, but we couldn’t be more excited to meet our baby girl! 🎀💕

So what does that mean business wise?!? Absolutely nothing!! I’ll be here to help my current and future clients until our due date in February of 2021!
