A Little Update from Me 🤍

I just want to take a moment to truly thank each and every one of you who has supported my photography business over the years. Whether you’ve booked a session, shared my work, or trusted me to capture your memories—it has meant more to me than I can ever fully express.

As I step into a new season of life, I’ll be taking a step back from photography as a full-time business.

I will still be offering a limited number of sessions moving forward. If you’d like to continue working with me, please reach out and I’ll add you to my priority list for future bookings.

For those looking to book more regularly, I’m happy to recommend some incredibly talented photographers that I trust and admire.

All senior sessions currently booked for this year will continue as planned.

Spring is about to get extra magical… and just a little bit fluffy 🐰🌸

I’m thinking about offering Spring Mini Sessions with BABY BUNNIES (yes… real, soft, snuggly little bunnies 😍) and I need to know—who would be interested?!

Here’s what I’m planning:
🌷 Location: Gooseberry Bridge Farm (Rogersville)
🌅 When: Weekend evenings (hello dreamy golden light ✨)
🐇 Sweet bunny snuggles + simple, beautiful spring setups
📸 Editing Style: True-to-color with a soft, warm glow

💛 Details:
• 15-minute mini session
• $125
• At least 5 hand-edited, high-resolution digital images
• Option to purchase additional images

These will be very limited spots to keep everything calm and safe for the animals, so I’m opening interest before officially booking!

Sweet little Graylynn completely stole my heart during her session 🤍

We originally planned a quick milk bath moment, but she made it very clear that it was not her vibe that day. And honestly? I love when babies lead the way. ✨

So we shifted gears and turned it into a full nursing session instead of a micro — slowing down, following her cues, and capturing the real, tender connection between mama and baby. Those quiet snuggles, tiny hands, and comforted sighs are the moments that matter most.

This is your reminder that not every session has to go exactly as planned to be beautiful. Sometimes the magic happens when we pivot. 💛

Day 7 of being sick and the to-do list just keeps growing — months of computer issues, editing backups, emails, life… all while trying to kick a lingering cough that refuses to leave. 😷

On top of that, I’m homeschooling two kids, trying to keep the house running, and holding things together while my husband and oldest work an hour and a half away. Some days it feels like everything needs attention at once, and there’s only one very tired human here to give it.

Having computer problems for over two months has made getting photos out to clients way harder than it should be, and being sick on top of that definitely hasn’t helped. I’m also crossing my fingers that my kids and pets don’t catch whatever this is, because mama is already running on fumes over here.

That said, I want to say how incredibly thankful I am for my clients who have shown so much understanding and grace through all of this. Running a small business doesn’t come with sick days, and your patience truly means more than you know.

I’m taking things one step at a time, doing the best I can, and catching up as my body (and my computer 😅) allows. If you’re in a season of being behind while still showing up every day — you’re not alone.

Here’s to healing, catching up, and giving ourselves a little grace.

Good morning & Happy New Year ✨

We took a small break over the holidays to soak up family time and recharge, but we’re officially getting back at it on Monday and couldn’t be more excited!

This little moment from my son’s cat calendar felt like the perfect lighthearted way to ease back into the week 🐾

🍂📸 A Sweet Session With a New Family 📸🍂

I had the chance to photograph this adorable family for the first time, and their two boys completely won me over! Big brother was all smiles, and little man… well, he made me work for it. 😅 But even without the big grins, he was absolutely precious.

What really made the session shine was the brotherly love — those quiet moments between them, the way big brother tried to help, and the little glimpses of connection that showed up naturally. Sometimes the “imperfect” moments end up being the ones that feel the most real. 💛

I opened this package fully expecting it to be something random I panic-bought. Had zero clue what it was.

And then — instant JOY.
It was a newborn prop I ordered for an upcoming session and completely forgot about. 😅

I had the absolute sweetest fall session with these adorable twins, and I can’t get over how cute they were together! Their little personalities shined so brightly — every smile, giggle, and goofy moment made this session such a joy to capture.

Carefully enjoying every bite like the sweetest honey bear!

Also… shoutout to my backdrop for refusing to cooperate that day.
No matter how many times I smoothed it out — those creases were not staying down.

Hours of Photoshop later… and they are officially gone. 😅

It took forever, but seeing how adorable these photos turned out made every minute worth it.
