2. I have completed my payment. How do I receive my FILE? Answer: After you make your payment. Use the Facebook Messenger. Send the following info to the user NTS PHOTOGRAPHY. What method you payed. If you sent payment through Venmo. Your message should state just that. I paid for a photo with
my Venmo account,

3. I have made my payment, I have sent all the correct info to the
correct account through Facebook Messenger. Now What? ANSWER: After we receive your message. We will verify the payment and send you a link to download the original file of the photo you purchased.
4. How long does it take to get the download link? ANSWER: There is no "set" time frame we try to meet. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, We will make every attempt to get your clickable download link to you as fast as possible. Sometimes it will take only minutes. Other times may be longer, We can however guarantee you will receive you link no later then 24 hours from time of purchase, If for some reasons you need you photo quick fast and in a hurry, Please contact us before purchasing. Just to verify that we can meet your needs. Dont just purchase and hope you get it in the timeframe you need,
5. Why would I purchase one of your photos? Cant I just take my
own pictures? Its not like you own the moon and sun and all
the trees. Answer: Yes, You can take your own photos. We encourage any and everybody to get out there and take some pics, Photography is a wonderful hobby. Its a great way to get out of the house and look for the beauty you might just be missing. Many will forge lifelong relationships with people whos path they cross on the journey. 6. Do I own the photo after my purchase? No you do not. Your are not the owner of the photo after purchase. You are allowed to use the photo for your decorative needs. Print canvas, print calendar , tumblers, ect.) for personal use only. You will not reproduce the photo in a manner in which you financially profit. Print the photo anything you want. You are not allowed to mass produce a single item to gain financially. If you have a business inquire, Contact us we may be able to fit your needs. The photo is still owned by the creator.
