9/2/26 Accident with injuries. . State parks police dispatched to a red 2 door coupe all over the road. He was traveling inbound on parkway. Passed the light at rainbow and was spotted by patrol then next transmission was that he crashed out at John B Daly Rd and niagara.

Driver was taken to ecmc via Amr. Driver was only one in vehicle.

9/1/2026: Road Rage Incident on Military Rd. Sends Victim to Hospital

Police were dispatched to the area of 1st and Military Rd. after reports of a road rage incident that turned violent.

According to witnesses, a white pickup truck was pulling out of a nearby parking lot when it nearly collided with another vehicle traveling on the street. The driver that had the right of way stopped

We will say the suspectof the GMC got out of his truck and approached the other driver. Witnesses say he began yelling before punching the victim in the head multiple times, leaving him bleeding from the face.

A good Samaritan who witnessed the attack got out of his own vehicle to help the victim. The suspect fled the scene in his truck, but a separate witness managed to record the license plate number, which was provided to responding officers.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Police are continuing to investigate.

Update edit. I should state that the victim was being punched so many times that he was out cold and that's where his vehicle ending up at.

Update. The suspect turned himself into the police.

Update-- Here is an eye witness story. He was on scene and seen whole thing unfold

The pickup did pull out. The other guy was in a small SUV. The SUV somehow was able to stop and they started yelling at each other.
Then the SUV driver got out of his vehicle to argue. The SUV driver then got in front of the pickup truck to stop him from leaving. The pickup truck driver inched forward to leave and the SUV driver kept giving way until his slide came off. Then he got away from being in front of the truck anymore... grabbed his slide and then punched the pickup driver several times. The SUV driver then got in his vehicle and peeled away. The license plate number was supplied to police.
The pickup truck operator was now incapacitated, but his vehicle was still moving almost striking another vehicle in traffic. At this point I ran to the pickup truck to get him to stop. His truck went up the curb and I got to him before he hit the guide wires on the utility pole and got the truck into park. There was a steady stream of blood from the guys face and was covered when medics arrived.
