Having the honor of documenting a season as special as this is truly indescribable. Every single client becomes more than just a client to me, I wonder how you’re feeling, I wonder if you’re feeling excited or if you’re a little nervous inside to become a mom, I pray for you to have the experience every mom deserves during birth. I’m always rooting for you and thinking about you and constantly amazed that I’m the one who gets to document it all for you.

Focusing heavy on helping families learn how to play together in front of the camera instead of put on a show for it. If you want lots of polished poses and a gallery full of “perfect” or traditional photos- I’m probably not the girl for you and that’s totally okay! But if you love the idea of putting away your phone, convincing your husband to roll down a hill with your babies, + controlling the wind with your Elsa powers- then let’s book a summer family sesh together!!!

And if you’re wondering who I am as a person before you hire me- just know I’m a kid at heart, I go into every photoshoot with almost no “shot list”, and I’m pretty much just a 27 year old child behind the camera who loves being creative and funny and helping you reconnect as a family 💁🏼‍♀️🤣

If you need updated family photos and want to try a new photography experience beyond the basic posed photoshoots you’ve survived in the past- I’m here to tell you that documentary style photography is the best switch you’ll ever make. Being a family photographer is about so much more than the end results, the money, the social media to me. It’s about your experience as a family and teaching you how to let go during photos so you can finally connect the dots between the photos you’ve always wanted and how to get there. It’s about the art, the freedom to create something meaningful. It’s about making sure that your motherhood, their childhood, your marriage doesn’t go undocumented and slip into forever without anything except a couple forced smile photos of you.

If you ever wanted to experience a session that feels fun, and creative, and unique to YOU without having to feel exhausted figuring it out on your own- I’m here for you. And I would be beyond honored to document your story this summer 💛
