A sunset, a butter-yellow dress, and a question she’ll remember forever. 💍

Brandon surprised Angela with the sweetest proposal at Castle Hill Inn, where the golden evening light made an already unforgettable moment feel completely magical. Angela’s cotton butter-yellow maxi dress was made for that soft Newport sunset glow.

One of the most special things about proposing at Castle Hill Inn? You can only get engaged here if you’re staying overnight as a guest, making this dreamy waterfront setting an intimate experience reserved for those who get to call Castle Hill home for the night.

So grateful to have captured these first few moments of forever for Brandon & Angela. 🤍

And just like that….its Senior Portrait Season! The beaches are already quieter and everyone has back-to-school on their minds.

Emersyn and I had a great session at 2 of my favorite beaches in Middletown. We had time for 3 outfits because I work fast and she was able to switch quickly as well. We bonded over mutual love of dance and school spirit. Wishing you the best in your final year of year school!

Carter & Kat got engaged earlier this summer. They are from Georgia (check out Carter’s cowboy boots that are so cool!) and have recently moved to New England. Since he was new to the area, I helped plan his perfect proposal at Camp Cronin with sweeping views of the ocean, a lighthouse, and sandy shores at sunset. Kat was the sweetest and loved all the special surprises Carter had in store for her…including a stay at the Ocean House in Watch Hill. I loved her ring set in beautiful, timeless gold. It’s so wonderful to document these moments. They are so exciting and such a thrill!

Beautiful bride, Danielle! When I was walking to meet Danielle the morning of her wedding at Little Gold in Newport, I saw this ivy wall and knew it would be the perfect spot for photos before we left for our next destination. When Rohan first called me, I instantly clicked with his energy that jumped through the phone! He is from out-of-state, so we ran through multiple locations that would be coastal, natural, and private on a summer Saturday evening in Newport. I came up with several options and he settled on a special spot I hand selected around the Ocean Drive. I took a nice drive and sent him videos to get familiar with the space. He connected with our friend, Christine, at Wedding & Event Florist / Wedding Florist Coach to create this break taking floral installation. All three of us collaborating to make this once-in-a-lifetime moment perfect. I was so excited for this day to come after weeks of hands-on planning. Shivani was so lovely and I was thrilled to finally meet her!

Daffodil season is over but I have these nice memories to look back on! I took my furry sidekick for a ride to Newport where we location scouted a flower field for one of my couple’s maternity sessions! I get to meet their baby later this month! My dog’s name is Taylor and he’s a 7 year old mini Australian Shepherd rescued from Texas in 2020. He’s the light of my life, my little buddy, and emotional support animal!
