I’m not supposed to play favorites, but…..
I love what I do, through and through. And sometimes I get the gift of a shoot that hits me right in the soul, taps into the aspects of my job that give me the greatest joy. These things have grown and shifted over the years, and have come to include the artistry behind my work. If there is ever a shoot that is going to tap into that, it’s one with a painter!
My shoot with was insanely lovely. She was such a gift to be in a room surrounded by such color and beauty - well, my husband hasn’t heard me shut up about it yet haha This is by far one of my most favorite and colorful shoots to date, and it provided a set of new creative challenges that I really enjoyed working though with Sarah.
If my whole feed eventually becomes a shrine to her beautiful paintings, sorry not sorry. I have two more shoots with this talented lady, and you better better believe I am simply giddy about them! 🤗
