A client yesterday showed me where she'd put up some of my work in her bedroom, and honestly it's such an honor. People give me access to their most personal, private selves, and I don't take that privilege for granted. Art is about expression, and I feel so lucky to know people who trust me to help them express these parts of themselves. Without that trust I'd just be some idiot with a camera. It's really awesome when you think about it.
