Hey all, this weekend I heard some news about one of our Australian Nikonos friends. home was completely destroyed by a fire. They only salvaged a few items. Two of which items were their charred Nikonos’.

We all know how crazy the last year has been on each of us. If you can, it would be amazing if each of us chose to skip buying one roll of film and instead send that film money to one of our Nikonos family members who’s in a super rough spot this weekend. I intentionally take a break from this thing we call social media.
Typically the intended break is only a few days.... But when I open Insta, and I see notifications for 283 unread messages, that scares me back into hiding for another handful of days. Then, the number increases, and I hide even longer.

Anyway, I’m sure I owe at least 3/4 of the people who will see this post replies...I’ll get on that this weekend, promise 😂🤦‍♂️ Apparently this is my ADHD showing it’s face 🤷‍♂️ who knows.

I self taught myself to deconstruct and rebuild the Calipso, Nikonos I, II, III, IV-a, V and almost the RS....having a professional series of general how-to’s would be an AMAZING contribution to this analog world we are all in love with....
