Meet Kimberly – The Heart Behind KMP

Hey there! I’m Kimberly, the woman behind the camera at Kimberly Minor Photography. My journey into photography started in a deeply personal way.

When my daughter, Georgia, was born, she was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition, and doctors told us she might not live past her first birthday. Those words changed my life. I started taking photos of every little moment, thinking they might be all I’d have left of her.

But Georgia is a fighter! She’s now 8 years old, defying every odd and inspiring me every single day. She’s taught me how precious life is, how important it is to celebrate every moment, and to embrace our unique stories.

That’s why I became a photographer – to help others capture their stories, preserve their moments, and see their beauty. Over the years, I transitioned from family photography to bo***ir because I wanted to show women how incredible and powerful they are, even if they don’t always feel it.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m a proud Libra who thrives on beauty and balance, a music ju**ie (the studio playlist is always unpredictable!), and a wife to the funniest man alive. We have three stepsons in college and three giant rescue dogs – our home is never boring!

Thank you to everyone who has supported my journey. My biggest dream is to continue building a brand that helps women feel confident, comfortable, and celebrated. 💕
