All because two people fell in love...

These sessions are pure chaos but also just pure LOVE! How special to celebrate a milestone anniversary with ALL your amazing children, bonus children, and grandchildren! I hope they can cherish these photos for years to come, and maybe even have a good laugh over that grandkid photo.... because there was no amount photoshop and head swapping to salvage that one, but it's kind of my favorite. Real life with 21 grandkids! Haha!

Ok this was part of a large extended fam session BUT I had to share. I haven't seen this cutie since she was 6 months old and had no hair! I was soooo delighted to see those gorgeous blue eyes again, but now with the most adorable red curls! And boy does she have a personality to go with it- She was an absolute VIBE and had me cracking up the whole session!

Oh man sometimes a session is just a little too good. I have too many to edit, too many favorites, and not enough time! This is going to be Part 1 of this gorgeous girl, because we ended the session with a frolic on a hill of wildflowers at sunset, and they are just too good to not have their own post coming soon! Oh man did I need this session! I have been quite simply exhausted and drained. I have been driving around to sessions every evening shooting til dark and coming home to edit til who knows when. (and subbing at school during the day and juggling my own kids' activities every second in between).

BUT this session. A golden hour session here at my place with the CUTEST little family of three. Running through my trails and chasing this sweet little boy filled my cup more than you know!!! So thank you Nelson crew for booking year after year. For letting me be a part of this sweet boy's life since birth! I am honored. And thank you for this session in the midst of a crazy, rushed season, this felt like a slowdown I needed. And as usual, I am terrible at narrowing down to a reasonable sneak peek.
