**A little bit of magic followed me home… Fox and the Wolf is back!**

Our little fantasy and curiosity shop is returning, now tucked inside the Serena Star Photography studio and we’re celebrating with a Woodland Witch Hat Workshop & Mini Photoshoot!

I was SO excited when Shanon reached out about updating her family photos! The last time we got together, their first son was just six months old and we dreamed up a steampunk / faerie family session. This time, with two little ones, we went a little spookier!⁠

When I asked, “If your photoshoot was a story, what character would you be playing?” her answer gave me the best cast:⁠

- Dad: a charismatic, cynical, witty smuggler à la Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly. (If you saw our last steampunk photoshoot, he embodies this perfectly)⁠
-Their two-year-old: a little chaos goblin with a love for mischief, inspired by the Collector from The Owl House. (And yes, there was Chaos)⁠
- Their nine-month-old: Pubert Addams. (Add a mustache and I think we would pretty much be there lol)⁠
- Shanon: The Morrigan.⁠

Add black lace, ravens, candlelight, dragon stuffies, and those tiny boots, and you have a family story I could happily keep photographing for chapters and chapters. And yes, even the spookiest stories pause for a bottle break. ⁠

Next door 😍

Coming soon... I’ll be opening Room 315, a private tattoo space located inside The Illustrated Woman Apothecary, right next door to Parabellum Tattoo Studio.

Parabellum has been an important part of my life and my career, and I have so much love for the people there. I am not leaving that family behind. I will always be grateful for the growth, laughter, art, and community we have shared... And I'll be right next door for shenanigans 🖤

This new space is simply an opportunity for me to create something a little different—something quieter, more personal, and deeply aligned with the way I want to care for my clients.

Room 315 will allow me to offer private, one-on-one tattoo appointments, including sensory-considerate sessions, appointments for immunocompromised clients who need a more controlled environment, and a calmer experience for anyone who feels overwhelmed in a traditional tattoo shop setting.

I’m also incredibly excited to explore more intentional tattoo experiences, including custom sigil work, ritual and symbolic tattoos, botanical and folkloric designs, devotional pieces, and artwork created around transformation, memory, identity, and personal meaning.

This will be a space for tattooing that feels thoughtful, strange, sacred, comfortable, and entirely its own.

I am still working through the approval process and preparing the room, so more details will be shared as everything takes shape.

For now, I’m simply very excited to say:
