📣Big News for SoMD Photography

We’re beyond excited to share that SoMD Photography has been awarded a $5,000 grant from the St. Mary's County Arts Council, with funding provided by the Maryland State Arts Council ❤️

This incredible support will help us continue building creative opportunities for Southern Maryland photographers, including hands-on workshops, community projects, and programs that bring art and storytelling to life in our local neighborhoods.

We are deeply grateful to the St. Mary’s County Arts Council and the Maryland State Arts Council for believing in our mission and helping us strengthen the connection between photography, art, and community. This grant will make a lasting impact, not just for SoMD Photography, but for the many local photographers and residents who help capture the heart of Southern Maryland every day!
