IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Water Bear Photography pool will be closing November 1, 2026, and the Water Bear Photography studio will be closing December 1, 2026.

As with all things in life, there is unfortunately an expiration date. I want to answer some of the questions I anticipate receiving now, so I don't have to do it privately over and over.

What does this mean? I will still accept on-location shoots (in client's homes, at the springs, outdoors, etc) after these dates, but I will not be operating out of my usual base anymore. This is your last chance to book in my current studio/pool where I can do some creative sets!

I already have a shoot scheduled. How will this impact me? If your date is after these, I have already reached out to you. If your date is before these, nothing will change.

Does this mean you're closing Water Bear Photography? Absolutely not. At this point, I'm unsure of exactly what my next steps are but I'm already looking for a new home for WB (so hit me up if you know of something!).

What's really going on? I have gotten divorced and the rest is nunya business :) I am doing well and so is my son.

What are your next steps? I'll be hosting more on-location events and trips for my UWCA Community and accepting monthly mentoring students for the first time ever (this is space and personality contingent). I am only taking on 5-10 students at a time and this will include weekly coaching calls and comprehensive business mentorship that's personalized to each individual. At this moment, there are no plans for future Florida workshops (modeling or photography) so jump in in October if you've been waiting! Hopefully, that's just a "for now" and not a "forever" thing.

I started this business 10 years ago and it has given me more abundance and joy than I could ever have anticipated. From the soul sisters I gained to world travel to financial independence to a community of truly uplifting and supportive souls to the art I never knew was buried within me. Thank you. Truly. It has truly been a privilege to watch your families grow, celebrate you, and capture your best moments.

Did the nail this set or what?! I am beyond proud of her- this was a difficult set: she was wearing a fitted gown that restricted her movement, in deep water (with lots of safeties present, of course), and not to mention, all the jellyfish 🪼🪼🪼!

All these jellies are really there- NO AI HERE! :)

I have upcoming mini-sessions where you just might get to play with a jelly or two AND sit on a beautiful flower swing. :) I think there's only 3 spots left so reserve soon- check the "events" tab on my website.

Sorry for the radio silence- we've been busy having an EPIC Water Workshop (posts to follow- and check my FB group if you want to see lots from this year's attendees)!
