Look what I did in only 8 weeks! At 39 years old, I had trouble losing weight after my second child (who is now2!) I worked out more, I tried eating better, I tried eating less, but I just couldn’t get to my goal “normal” weight. After seeing some of my friends’ before & after pictures with E2M, it was my last ditch effort. I had no idea I could make such a big transformation in such a short time!
In only 8 weeks I got back to my goal weight, lost 2” around my belly button, 1.75” around my hips, 1” around my thigh, just to name a few.
But the inches were small victories compared to what else changed!

- Learned self-discipline with food
- No longer have issues going to the bathroom
- Waking up before my alarm (feeling rested) for the first time in my life!
- No longer feeling bloated
- Busted the myth I believed that I couldn’t have ab definition at 39 after having 2 kids!
- No longer hungry all the time!
- Found a great workout program that I’ll never get bored with
- Learned a lot about what different food does to my body
- Went from drinking around 20-40 oz of water a day to around 60-80 oz!
E2M is a virtual fitness & meal plan program that runs in 8 week segments. I met my goal for my first round! Now what? I am continuing the program (because it’s free for life after joining!) and have new goals set! The trainers worked with me to come up with a plan designed just for me and my goals for round 2! I’m so excited! 🎉

I’ve managed to find some really knock-out places to shoot when I was least expecting it! For this Deluxe-package senior, we were going to go wherever her heart desired. The wind was absolutely crazy 💨 that day and we took cover in a stadium because we weren’t looking for the hands-in-hair poses for all her senior portraits! 🤭 I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing the light was in there and the colors complimented her jeans and letter jacked so nicely! Wish I could have said I planned it but it was a beautiful accident!

Flowers have only started coming up around here, but the native grasses are always a great touch to portraits! I love that I get to shoot on over 1,000 acres of land right in my backyard! This barn is almost 100 years old!I am always discovering new ways to utilize the land and make it personal for my high school seniors.
