Emma’s session was everything a senior session should be fun, relaxed, natural, and filled with so many genuine smiles. We spent the day exploring, laughing, and capturing her personality in a way that felt completely her. From the beautiful gardens to the peaceful surroundings, every location gave us something a little different!

Some weddings just deserve to be shared again. 🤍🌈

Back in October 2024, I had the absolute honor of photographing this beautiful wedding at Raven's Glenn Winery & Restaurant — and this one was extra special to me.

These two traveled all the way from Texas to Ohio and trusted ME to capture their day. 🥹 One of these gorgeous brides also happens to be one of my longtime friends, which made being behind the camera for this chapter of her life mean even more.

There’s something pretty incredible about watching someone you’ve known for years find their person, and then getting the privilege of documenting the day they choose forever together. ❤️

Beautiful brides, gorgeous fall scenery, a winery, and a whole lot of love… this October wedding will forever be one of those galleries I love going back to.

So yes, I’m resharing it — because love like this deserves another spot on the timeline. 🥂🍂🌈

Preschool pictures hit a little differently when you’ve had the privilege of watching them grow. 🥹📸

I’ve been photographing this sweet boy for a few years now, and he’s always been my shy little guy in front of the camera. But TODAY?! He came ready! 🤍

He was out of his shell, full of smiles, and let that adorable personality shine through. And I may have been just a little excited behind the camera seeing those big, genuine grins! (See mom’s pics of us at the end). 🥰

These are the moments I love most about getting to photograph the same kiddos year after year — watching them grow, change, and become more and more themselves.

Preschool looks pretty darn good on him! 🍎✏️📚

✨ Meet Lexie — Cait’s 2nd Senior Ambassador! ✨

Yesterday was one for the books as we kicked off Lexie’s Senior Ambassador experience by exploring the beautiful Honey Run Waterfall!

From chasing the perfect light to getting a little adventurous and making memories along the way, this session was everything I love about senior photography. Lexie absolutely rocked it, and I can’t wait to see where this year takes her!

I’m so excited to have Lexie represent Small Town Photography as my second Senior Ambassador for the Class of 2027. 💕

Being able to watch these amazing seniors grow, shine, and celebrate such an exciting season of life is truly something special.

Sometimes the best subjects have wings, petals, and absolutely no interest in posing for me. 😂📸🌸

I may spend a lot of my time behind the camera capturing seniors, families, weddings, and all of life’s big moments—but I’m not always snapping photos of humans!

There’s something so peaceful about slowing down, sitting outside on my porch with my camera, and waiting for these tiny hummingbirds to make their appearance among the flowers. 🌺🐦

Photography started with simply loving the beauty in the world around me—and sometimes it’s nice to get back to that. No posing. No timelines. No “look at me and smile!” Just nature doing its thing while I get to capture a little piece of it. ❤️

And let’s be honest…hummingbirds might actually be some of my most difficult clients. They definitely don’t take direction. 😂
