Instaliacija apie nuolatinį judėjimą eksponuojama Niujorko metro. Kūrinys įtraukia keliautojus į amžiną ratą, simbolizuodamas šiuolaikinį didmiestį.

MY TRAIN STATION VIDEOS FINALLY MOVED INTO THE TRAIN STATION FOR REAL: "J 2 Manhattan – The Eternal Traveler Syndrome in a Circular Motion" 2017-2026 is currently shown at the WhiteBox Portable

Installed within the 42 St–8 Ave Subway Station, this multi-screen installation transforms the infrastructural rhythm of New York City into a continuous perceptual loop. Subway trains arrive and depart endlessly across six interconnected screens, constructing a circular field of motion that positions the viewer within the logic of perpetual transit.

Simultaneously architectural, cinematic, and sculptural, the work reflects on repetition, circulation, urban temporality, and the psychological condition of movement within the contemporary metropolis.

UNITED COLORS OF LIETUVA - 1994, 48X88 in, Laser print on colored paper mounted on the wall. Group show/project: "The Order of Present," curator: Saulius Grigoravičius // Shown at MUUry Gallery, Helsinki (Finland); Gallery Jutempus, Vilnius (Lithuania).

It was my dark and somewhat sarcastic interpretation of Warhol's "Ethel Scull 36 Times" where I replaced images with the portraits of the criminals from the front pages of the Lithuanian newspapers of the early 90ies. I kind of hated the way they (papers) emphasized everything negative first pushing it to the front page all the time and positive information would be less prominent if any at all. The name idea came from the overall colorful look of it and the fact that United Colors of Benetton was the first prominent fashion brand which opened the store on a main drag in Vilnius (and I knew the owners very well...)
