I learned an important lesson recently..
I have been so stressed out about securing a future that I haven’t found rest, so much so that I haven’t been able to be comfortable with myself mentally. I always used to tell myself that, but I never put my words into action.
Finally, I did what I told myself to do all these years; I couldn’t be happier. Even if what I’m feeling right now is temporary, I’m going to savor this time and work on myself.
Things will get better in time. I’m sure of it.
