I’ve taken numerous photos of my stunning friend over the years but these are by far my favorite! Jamila wanted to do a photoshoot for her 30th birthday a few years ago and she had a neutral and minimalistic concept in mind and these are some of what we got!

What is Sunday Service?

‘Sunday Service’ is a way for artists to get affordable and quality headshots. How it works is on a selected Sunday of each month I’ll be offering headshots to my fellow artists for 50% off. For $200 you’ll get a 2hr session with me, 3 fully edited photos, and however many looks we can get in those 2hrs! As an artist myself I wholeheartedly understand the frustration of not making enough money to pay for what you need and just overall being stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to paying for quality photos. Sunday Service bridges the gap.

As a professional dancer for the last decade, paying for headshots can get really unaffordable really fast. I’ve even met dancers who had their friend take their headshots on their iphone and then show up at an audition! Needless to say if it wasn’t for my dad being a photographer himself, updating headshots consistently would absolutely not be at the top of my list as a performer.

Consider Sunday Service my contribution to my community. For the next three months, I’ll be offering 2hr headshot sessions one Sunday out of the month. This session is specifically for performers who traditionally need headshots in their industry but ALL artists are absolutely welcome! In our 2hr session you get as many looks as we can fit into that time frame and walk away with 3 fully edited photos when it’s all said and done for $200.

I hope this can be a solution for artists out there who are in need of professional headshots but are on a tight budget, so please spread the word and pass this post along to an artist who needs it. If you have any questions feel free to email or DM me. I hope to see you all in the studio!
