Gorgeous spacious loft furnished with museum quality pieces, original artworks, and modern accents. Double high ceilings and nearly floor to ceiling windows (10 feet!) with shades to control the light. 2 full bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. Southern exposure provides beautiful natural light all day. Located in a historic elevator building with doorman in the LES. This stylish and comfortable studio is perfectly suited for portraiture, lookbooks, super flats and creative photography. The loft is fully equipped for all photography needs. Full list of equipment available- some included with booking and others for additional fee. Please inform which equipment you will be wanting to use.
*Flat Fee: All equipment included + studio: $1000/8 hours.

RESERVATION HOURS: Please include time for set-up and clean-up in your request. Your production starts and ends at your reserved time. Overtime begins to accrue 15 minutes after the reservation time ends.
CLEAN-UP POLICY: Renters must complete studio cleaning by end of rental period and return the studio to its prior broom-clean state as it was delivered to you. Renters must put all trash in trash bags and must take all of their belongings.
STUDIO RULES: If your production creates noticeable marks on the floors or the walls, there is a fee of not less than $100 and no more than $300 depending on the size of area requiring to be repaired.
Equipment must be restored at the end of the rental period. If the equipment is damaged or not returned to its resting positions, or the room is not left in clean, professional condition, renter will incur a fee of up to $300.
*IMPORTANT: Smoking is prohibited—Smoking Fee: $250
No loitering in building or shooting in any common areas.
