I’m happily sharing this message because we love our school, staff and know how proud we all are to be NYC KIDS on the inside, right now.

Reason: parents who choose to raise kids in give their children an open window to see what opportunities in diverse situations look like. This includes , energy and resilience to keep going. That’s the & Co way .

It’s a little hard to come down from that burst of adrenaline… so How Can You reset?

Grab a quiet moment with nature .
I chose to help Bash feed the birds in his New Bird Buddy watcher.

Apparently Kemnedy’s Team mates were still on a high because they won the game with !

Summing the day up after a busy week is the best slow down. It always helps me to do a mental dump and road map, so I write & schedule in my digital planner.
