No shades, no walls and an open floor plan. The outside is just as much a part of this house as the inside. The grass is the rug. The privacy is the wall of the brick house, and the pool gets its color from the sky.

A must-visit if you’re passionate about space and light the way I am

Legacy meets Luxury 🕊️

A favorite from the archive: this Chelsea loft—a former YMCA gym converted into a luxury residence—remains one of the most unique homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of shooting.

From the industrial scale of the white beams to the way the afternoon light hits those arched windows, it’s a masterclass in NYC adaptive reuse. While this property has long since found its owners, it remains the standard for the level of architectural storytelling I bring to every listing.

Loved shooting and virtually staging this one a few months back. It’s one of those areas that feels just as much like a mindset as it does a place.

Passover is about more than the seder table.

At its core, it’s about freedom — leaving behind what no longer serves and moving toward something better. But in between leaving and arriving, there is stillness. A space for reflection, for change, for becoming.

These photos were taken in Israel, and they’re my reminder of that in-between space. Beauty that was always there, I just had to stop rushing long enough to see it. I think that’s the invitation this time of year carries. Not just to move forward, but to pause first.

Wishing everyone who celebrates a peaceful and joyful seder. Hag sameach 🌸

The weather yesterday had me thinking about outdoor spaces I love most in the city and would like to spend time in ☀️ it got me thinking about this Fort Greene home we recently staged.

This one has two outdoor spaces and all the green around is just so magical and peaceful 🌿 Living in the city but also having nature around sounds like such a great balance to me that I try to add when possible in the form of plants virtually staged or with flowers 🌺

I went to check on this listing and saw that it’s in contract! Which along with this beautiful weather makes me even happier— your success and satisfaction with our studio brings me joy and that’s kind of the point, isn’t it?

Raising a glass to the final Monday of the year with a view from one of NYC’s architectural gems—the Frank Gehry building. With unique undulating curves, the design for this building is inspired by the shapes of sailboats and the dynamic movement of the water surrounding Manhattan.

Cheers to a new year filled with more moments of wonder and discovery! 🥂
