Here is a look at a recent shoot in Coconut Grove for Compass. Coconut Grove’s seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living, natural foliage, and rich architectural textures made this project an absolute dream to capture.

No shades, no walls and an open floor plan. The outside is just as much a part of this house as the inside. The grass is the rug. The privacy is the wall of the brick house, and the pool gets its color from the sky.

Legacy meets Luxury 🕊️

A favorite from the archive: this Chelsea loft—a former YMCA gym converted into a luxury residence—remains one of the most unique homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of shooting.

From the industrial scale of the white beams to the way the afternoon light hits those arched windows, it’s a masterclass in NYC adaptive reuse. While this property has long since found its owners, it remains the standard for the level of architectural storytelling I bring to every listing.
