Sigma continues to release some excellent lenses with its ART line. I am lacking a proper 85mm, but I suspect the Tamron version, which is a great lens as well, will be good enough for me. While an extra 2/3 of a stop would be nice, the Tamron's built-in image stabilization is great for low-light, static shots. Most importantly, the $450 saved by going with the Tamron could help fund a crucial piece of lighting kit.

Playing around with the Serif Affinity Designer RC Beta for Windows; the UI is quite reminiscent of Ps, though there are some differences here and there. Looking forward to ON1's Photo RAW as well.

What a strange choice of focal lengths, but intrigued nevertheless. The new industrial design is the best I've seen from Tamron yet, and hopefully it'll remain value-priced. After all, f/1.8 doesn't scream creamy bokeh at these mild-wide angles and is unlikely to appeal to pros.
