Happy Birthday to my cousin Sister Baby.She came from Maria’s Lodge on the Essequibo Coast in Guyana.Her mom was the eldest in a family of 5. Known to us in Leguan as Big Aunty,my mother(88)was the youngest.Others were Babsi,Babu and Maya.My mother was married in 1950 and she was the Flower Girl .Her other brothers are Thakur,Babby and the late Mudas.She did not know her grand parents from her mom side. But some of her mom’s cousins were known.This is a big family tree,I cannot go on.

With my first cousin Sister Baby on her birthday.She is in her early 80’s at her younger son Peter Banarse in Pembroke Pines,Florida. she has 3 other children,the eldest Terrence Banarse and 2 girls in Canada Ann and Liz.She was married to the late Horace Banarse who was headmaster for several schools and the former English teacher in Subryanville ,Guyana.

BREAKING NEWS:US core consumer prices rise 6.3%Y/Y% estimate was 6.1%.Also US CPI august rises 8.3% estimate was 8.1%.It is clear that the fed will hike rate by 0.75% this month.The rate can reach 4.1 by end of year.
