Tennessee tiene algo raro… uno llega pensando que viene a ver montañas, whiskey y carreteras eternas, y termina viéndose a sí mismo. Como si el silencio aquí te obligara a escucharte sin el ruido de New York, sin meetings, sin deadlines, sin esa absurda competencia humana de ver quién vive más estresado mientras toma café overpriced coffee.

Health is fragile. El cuerpo pasa factura en cuotas pequeñas y silenciosas. Los años pasan sneakily… un día estás comiendo cualquier cosa a las 2AM editando proyectos, y al otro estás leyendo ingredientes, caminando montañas y tratando de convencerte de que dormir 8 horas no es un lujo de millonario espiritual.

Tennessee ha sido un pequeño reset. Less noise. Better air. Más agua, menos ansiedad. Más caminar, menos correr detrás de cosas que probablemente ni importaban tanto. Improve eating habits, moving the body, breathing slower… but sobre todo, learning how to live with less stress and more intention. Porque al final, no se trata solo de llegar vivo. Se trata de llegar despierto.

Le decía a Marcelo que en NYC one of the real signs winter is finally over is hearing and seeing the Mister Softee trucks back on the street. Childhood economics mixed with climate mythology. Funny enough, hacía un frío criminal mientras me tomó esta foto, so now I’m questioning everything… either the indicators are broken this year or the weather already gave up completely. Tape en la boca ✔️
Faja en el cuello y papada modo compresión industrial ✔️
Faja en el torso ✔️
Faja en la barriga ✔️
Cremas en 7 capas ✔️
Vitaminas, adaptógenos, magnesio, melatonina… ✔️
Actitud positiva (en proceso) ✔️

Resultado:
no sé si voy a dormir…
o si me están preparando para envío express.

El algoritmo: “confía, bro.”
Yo: parezco un upgrade… pero de electrodoméstico.

Antes era dormir.

NYC nos regaló sakura por un día,
y nosotros lo vivimos como turistas en nuestra propia ciudad.
Sunday energy, soft light, petals flying… simple moments that mean everything.

Y sí, con alergia también
porque la vida real viene con todo incluido.

A veces no se trata de grandes decisiones,
