110 Studios X Subterra Sounds - RECORDING STUDIO GRAND OPENING / Paulie’s bday!

Come join us for Paulie’s bday and also as we open our doors with our newly renovated MULTI-TRACK recording studio located at 110 Studios in Bushwick, Brooklyn!

Live Jam in the music studio, bring your own instrument. 5-8pm (will supply live recording of sets!)

Skate sesh on our photo studio happening at the same time in the back of the warehouse!

Starting at 8:30pm we’ll have bands, performers and DJs rocking until late!

There will be grillin’ and chillin’ and dancing and jamming and skating and circus all night! Come ring in the winter solstice at midnight and enjoy the vibes at 110 Studios!

This is a 220 sq ft private artist studio for rent for WORK ONLY with 9 foot ceilings. No living! The building is a ground floor warehouse space in the heart of Bushwick only a few blocks from the JMZ Myrtle b-way station or the L Morgan avenue station.

Several of the amenities include:

- Collapsible desks on all 4 walls of studio
- Huge communal lounge area
- Small backyard area for smoking / grilling
- Concrete floors
- Ground floor with roll-gate access
