Ran my first Half Marathon (in 1:51!!) and never properly posted about it. After over a decade of thinking distances aren‘t an option because of my knees, Jules JAWS Nelson completely giving me a strength plan to follow changed the game, suddenly I was able to build slowly. Then came in with a proper run plan leading up to the Half and I went way faster than I ever thought possible, the high was undescribable, both during and after the race ☺️☺️☺️☺️ so so so so grateful
Also strange to do it now since I‘m injured and haven‘t run in 2 months…
The last day & race I ran pre hip injury: sub-50min 10km race in 24°C heat, insane and so much fun💃🏼
Ran with my sister in Hamburg, longer and faster than she had thought possible, loved every moment
