While walking in the surf at Rosemary Beach, I asked the ocean for a sand dollar. My feet in the water I walked and walked all the while asking for a sand dollar. I saw a flash of white and slowly waded over. It wasn't in the sand it was floating in the water. A perfect sand dollar. I called the ocean answered. Cady Carlson Designs helped me memorialize and preserve it in a beautiful pendent. One day I will be able to give it to my child who will have heard the story of the 'gift from the ocean'
