The vision was coming together so nicely UNTIL…the wedding dress vendor never showed up. Yep. 🫠

So I did what wedding photographers do best — I pivoted.
A last-minute dress hunt, a little creative problem solving, and suddenly the “problem” became part of the story.

This is the part of photography people don’t always see. The calm in the chaos. The quick decisions. The ability to keep the energy fun, collaborative, and creative even when things don’t go as planned.

Because the truth is… the magic doesn’t come from perfect circumstances.
It comes from knowing how to adapt, trust your instincts, and still make something beautiful.

And honestly? Those are usually the moments everyone remembers most. I know I sure did. 😆

The ultimate combo: great lighting, awesome DJ, amazing people, crafty cocktails, and a photographer who captures it all. Lauren & Devin's vibey cocktail hour at was the real deal.

Most photographers would see a dark room full of changing colored lights or an exit sign and think “this isn’t good lighting, I’ll edit that exit sign out later”

I thrive on seeing potential in every scene - the changing ceiling lights, the glow of the exit sign... my clients trust my vision, and when I show them the results, it's this “Aha!” moment that gets us all pumped.

A beautiful example of seeing what your mind wants you to see and having the power to decide your reality in a creative way.

Just two Aussies in a New York State of mind — saying “I Do” in a city that’s full of love stories from all over the globe.
I love taking the time to ask my couples questions about how they met, what drew them to each other, and the things they bond over.
It’s no small thing when you find a person who you cant see yourself living life without. And I’m grateful to be sharing people’s stories and connections through the photographs I create with them.

On a rainy day in New York City, through the corridors of the beautifully architectural NY Public Library these moments felt symbolic of Lauren & Devin’s love. Quiet, full of memories, a collection of their own memories together in New York compiled into what would now be their own book of history. Photographs that hold meaning and feeling. To look back when they’re old and grey on a time when young love felt like an entire lifetime lived together.

I’m always left in complete awe and hope when I get to capture the love between two people and appreciate how special getting to do this career really is to me.

For couples who value nostalgia and intention, Super 8 isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence, feeling, and preserving your wedding day exactly as it felt.

There’s something I find so special about the timeless feel of Super 8 film—the soft movement, subtle grain, and emotional texture that feels more like a memory than a video.

Judy & Emanuel’s wedding at Oheka Castle was the perfect setting for this medium: elegant, romantic, and overflowing with big emotions.

Emma & Tanner in Central Park, on a crisp fall day that felt like it was made just for them.
They flew to New York for engagement photos and wedding dress shopping—turning this trip into a memorable celebration of this special time in life. Their connection was silly, honest, playful, and boldly themselves, the kind of love that is so easy to photograph despite them never having had professional photos taken together before.

With a California wedding on the horizon this coming fall, this session felt like a beautiful in-between moment: two people, a city as big and bold as their love, and the freedom to show up exactly as they are.
Engagement photos like this are my favorite—cinematic, full of movement, and rooted in real connection.
