📸 Conal Montgomery 📸

All of my clients this year have been very inspiring but one that particularly stands out is Conal Montgomery Music. I thoroughly enjoyed shooting Conal's portrait recently and loved hearing his amazing story. I feel very honoured to have also received a signed copy of his album "Happy Being Free", which is available on iTunes and Spotify (links below). ✨World Mental Health Day ✨

To mark , I thought I would share again one of my favourite sunrise photos from this year!
Mental health is so important, just as important as physical health. It is important that we look after ourselves and each other, supporting and encouraging those around us. Keep in touch with friends and family, more so in these unusual times we are currently living in. Do the things you love, and know that there is no shame in admitting that you are struggling with mental health. We are all here to look after each other and to help one another, and so I encourage anyone that is struggling to seek the support they need, even just having a chat with a friend or family member.
