I need your help with choosing one of the months for the calendar. These are photos of Baby Laguna.... and the baby teeth photo is Baby Puff. Baby Laguna is the 3rd calf from the first mom I ever met.

Which would you like to see for 30 days on your wall....They could have a calendar all to themselves. Maybe next year we do a baby dolphin calendar. :)

Good Morning! This morning the sunrise was a serene silver, dark and stormy kind of sunrise so I thought it would be fun to share one of the most unique sunrises I have seen since 2017.

Wishing you a beautiful day friends!

Tales from the Lagoon ~ Episode - Snuggles and Snacks...Again
The moms and kiddos ( Momma and Baby Laguna) were in the lagoon with a few males, Cutter and Ocean enjoying breakfast and a whole lot of snuggles.

Stay tuned for more tales!

Ahhhhh, the ocean was calm like a lake, boiling with fish bubbling all around and calling to the birds for a sushi rave.

As the sun was coming up, shapes and figures appeared in the clouds along the horizon, inspiring the cloud game. One glowing figure seemed to move as the clouds shifted. What do you see?

As the fish boiled, the pelicans and gulls received the call and flew in from every direction, diving for breakfast.

After sunrise, an immature ibis walked over to say hello, showing off those soulful blue eyes. She had a little dirt on her beak from her last dig. She said, “We ibis dig for our tasty treats. A gentle reminder that sometimes it’s good to dig a little deeper. You never know what treasures might be waiting beneath the surface.”

Wishing you a beautiful day, friends.!

Tales from the Lagoon ~ A Glimpse Into the Lagoon
This is an oldie from 2021, when we were filming for the documentary My Invisible Husband. It gives you an idea of how I get the dolphin photos.

When you see my hand out- it isn't to touch the dolphin, that is one of the ways I communicate. I've been standing there since February 2018, and this pod was very familiar with me.

You'll hear Brent with Focal Point Videography who is filming from a boat on a lift.

Stay tuned for more tales!

Wishing you a beautiful day friends.

Good Morning!
Mother Nature served up another calming, bluesy sunrise with just a hint of gold mixed among layers of every kind of cloud. A veil of salty fog softened the horizon, adding to the serene morning vibe.

The flock enjoyed bathtime near the glassy, reflective sand while the waning moon quietly watched from above.

After sunrise, a dolphin pair were enjoying one of those I don’t want to get out of bed snuggly kinds of mornings. They remind us to savor the quiet, linger a little longer, and soak up the hugs from your partner, pets, parents and pod mates.

Wishing you a beautiful, snuggly kind of day friends!
