Maura and Eric’s wedding on Saturday at was full of so much emotion. From getting ready, to the sweet first look, to the beautiful vows, the tears and love flowed like an unstoppable force. It was contagious and every single person felt the magic.

Can we chat about social media fatigue? As a wedding photographer, I absolutely love sharing photos that I take, memories that I capture, moments that I document. But I’m feeling so worn down about having to create cute captions, descriptions, and phrases that will help me stand out. It’s exhausting and sometimes feels overwhelming and takes away from the beauty of what photos are.

So today, no caption. Just a collection of some photos of two people in love and a day that makes me look back upon with a smile.

Castle vibes for Friday ✨

If you ever have the opportunity to take a boat to Bannerman Island do it! Steeped in history, its allure is apparent. They even host weddings!

Living in the Hudson Valley for most of my life, I had been intrigued with this place for years; passing by on the train headed to NYC, and finally had the opportunity to photograph there in 2024. It did not disappoint.

I encouraged anyone interested to check out the history behind this magical place.

Golden hour photos vs middle of the day photos. Both gorgeous in their own way. If time and weather permits, I highly recommend that my couples opt for golden hour photos as they allow for a different aesthetic for their portraits.

Two of my favorite brides 💕 Sisters, who I have had the honor of photographing each of their weddings.

Maya’s wedding was in 2022 set against the backdrop of Lake George. It was there I met the entire family and was immediately smitten. Their closeness, love, and genuine kindness was unmatched.

Two years later, I was honored to photograph Lisa’s wedding on a rooftop garden in Brooklyn. And again, meet up and witness the love of an amazing family.

Two very different weddings and locations, surrounded by the same lovely family. I am the luckiest to be within the sphere of such beautiful souls.

Gorgeous lakeside views, a sprawling lawn, and a beautiful white tent. The Rowland House is the perfect setting to hold your luxury event with family and friends.

I’m so excited to be coming back to my favorite venue next month and this fall to photograph weddings for some amazing couples!

Friday’s elopement was my first wedding of 2026 and the best way to kick off the season! I met up with A & M at after their civil ceremony and we had the best weather for early April! High 70s and bright sun. These two were so sweet and excited to be married and I’m so grateful we connected.
