A little more about Holiday Generations! ❤️

I've had a few questions about what these sessions will look like, so I thought I'd share a little more.

I wanted to create something that gives moms, daughters, grandmothers, and sisters a chance to get dressed up, spend some time together, and walk away with photographs they absolutely love.

And I wanted to make it easy!

Your $295 Holiday Generations session includes 30 minutes in my studio, two beautiful portrait settings, and room for up to four women. I'll guide you through all the posing, so nobody needs to worry about what to do in front of the camera.

Right after your session, we'll look through your photographs together and you'll choose your favorites.

You'll receive three professionally retouched digital portraits and a matted 5x7 print. And if you fall in love with more, additional images are available too!

November 7 & 14, with just 16 sessions available between the two dates.

I can finally share what I’ve been working on! ❤️

This year I wanted to do something special for the holidays, but I knew I didn't want to do traditional Christmas mini sessions. I wanted to create something that still felt like Adore.

So I created Holiday Generations, a limited portrait experience for moms, daughters, grandmothers, sisters, and the women you love doing life with. This is your excuse to get dressed up, come into the studio together, and actually get in the photographs for once. I'll take care of the posing and make sure everyone looks amazing. You get to enjoy being together.

The session is $295 and includes 30 minutes in the studio, up to four women, two different portrait settings, three fully retouched digital portraits, and a matted 5x7 portrait. You'll see your images and choose your favorites right after we photograph you.

I'm only offering these on November 7 & November 14, with 16 sessions total.

And please don't let “I'm not photogenic” or “I never know what to do in pictures” stop you. You don't have to know what to do. That's literally my job, and I've got you. ❤️

I would absolutely love to photograph you with your mom, your daughter, your sisters, or maybe all three generations together.

Excuse me while we have a little main-character moment. ✨

Sometimes you put on the dress, sit in the light, and casually look like you belong in the pages of a magazine.

That’s one of my favorite things about a Bold and Beautiful session. We can create the big, glamorous images, but we can also slow things down and create something quiet, elegant and completely timeless. And yes, you’re absolutely allowed to do both.

No modeling experience required. No need to know what to do with your hands. That part is my job. You just bring yourself. I’ll take care of the posing, lighting and all the little details that turn “I’m awkward in pictures” into “Wait... THAT’S ME?”

There is something about putting on the dress, stepping in front of the camera, and realizing, “Oh. I look like THIS.”

An Adore portrait session is not about knowing how to pose or being naturally comfortable in front of a camera. That is my job. From wardrobe planning to posing, expression, and all those tiny details you never knew mattered, I guide you through the entire experience. You just get to show up and see yourself a little differently.

And your session can be whatever feels like you. Soft and feminine. Glamorous. Bold. Playful. Elegant. Or a little bit of everything. Because there is no single definition of beautiful, and there is definitely no age you have to reach before you're worthy of being photographed.

You don't need a special occasion. You are the occasion.

Women are so often the ones documenting everyone else's lives.

And somewhere along the way, we disappear from the photographs.

Not because we weren't there.

"I'll do it when..."
..I lose a little weight...life isn't quite so busy...I feel more confident.

I can't tell you how many women have given me a version of this sentence.

But after 15 years of photographing women, here's what I wish I could tell every one of them:

You don't need to become a different version of yourself before you deserve to be photographed.

You don't need to lose 10 pounds.
You don't need to wait for life to slow down.
And you definitely don't need to find your confidence before you walk through my door.

Come as you are today.

I'll take care of the posing, lighting, wardrobe guidance, and all those little details you're already worrying about.

Because someday, the woman you are right now is the woman you're going to wish you had celebrated more.

Maybe it's time to stop waiting for "when." ❤️

Sometimes your favorite portrait isn’t the one where everyone is looking at the camera. 🖤🐾

It’s the one that captures this. The laugh. The chaos. The completely unplanned moment that says everything about the relationship.

Quincy brought her BFF into the studio, and instead of trying to make everything perfectly posed, we made room for their real connection to show up. And I am SO glad we did. These are the photographs that become more precious with time because they capture not only what someone looked like, but what loving them felt like.
