Don’t be afraid to shoot slide film.

Yes, it can be more expensive to buy and develop, but the results are worth every frame.

Slide film teaches you discipline. It slows you down. It trains your eye to see light more intentionally. And when you get it right, the colors, contrast, and depth are unmatched.

If you’ve been hesitant, this is your sign to try it.

A few tips to help you succeed:

• Take your time and really dial in your metering slide film has very little room for error.

• Pay close attention to color temperature, especially when shooting outdoors, light changes faster than you think.

Growth happens outside your comfort zone. The more you challenge yourself, the stronger your craft becomes.

Trust your eye. Keep experimenting. That’s how you level up.

2025 was an incredible year for 120 film. From graduations and weddings to magazine shoots, cars, and editorials, every roll told a story. Truly grateful for the features with PhotoVogue, FilmWave, and so many others who supported the work. Carrying all of this love, growth, and momentum into 2026, ready to make it even bigger.

Stüssy x Dunk Low Pro SB 'Cherry'

The Stüssy × Dunk Low Pro SB released in July 2005 as part of Nike SB's Team Manager series, in which industry team managers were given the opportunity to design their own shoes. Robbie Jeffers of Stüssy outfitted the Dunk Low in a colorway inspired by Neapolitan ice cream, complete with a Shy Pink base, brown leather overlays and a cream-colored Swoosh. Adorning the tongue tag is the proverbial cherry on top. -
