New Orleans is a great escape. Even if you're from here, it's always a awesome place to get away and enjoy yourselves. We're starting to get some great weather and it's been super enjoyable outside. Mardi Gras is upon us, the Carnival season has been awesome so far and the festivals are coming right after. If you've been looking for a fun little getaway or just need an excuse for some alone time together, there's no better time than now. See yall on the parade route or in French Quarter here real soon!

I wish my cameras could tell me how many miles they've traveled with me, or how many couples they've helped me create with. How many sunrises and sunsets it's seen. So far thus ride has been awesome, thanks to everyone whose made it special along the way and helped me create memories to look back on forever. Thanks to everyone that has supported me and helped add the little pieces to my life that make me who I am today.

Let's play a game, Elopement, or five year anniversary?

It's hard to believe but five years later, these two still have all the MOJO they did on their wedding day! The way she still fit in her dress and the way he he sported that tux, you'd think im lying but I not! She suprised him with a photoshoot, dressing up in the same dress she wore on her wedding day, and it made for a spectacular celebration. They shared a first look, letters, drinks, laughs and a whole lot of lovin'. Five years of commitment to one another, but you would swear it's the first time.

Keep on loving, laughing and fighting for each other. Taking the time to create memories and build your relationship even stronger. Let the fire inside burn strong, you deserve it.

Pick a location that suits your vibes! Your venue will play a big part in how your photographs come out, make sure it's a spot that really resonates with you. Parks, Churches, and Venues all add a different but special value in creating your wedding day experience and there's no wrong choice, it's completely up to you! If you want lots of options to create stunning pictures, make sure to look at options that allow you to do so! Race and Religious is a great spot for that. Every corner of every room and outdoor area is curated and super special! It's one of New Orleans many gems!

700... the approximate amount of miles between their engagement spot here in NOLA and ceremony location near their hometown in Kentucky. Lucky for me, I got a chance to see and document it all. I knew from how they rocked their engagement session, I was in for a treat, but it was truly one for the books! They planned out some super special moments that were absolutely perfect for showing all that love and energy they have for each other. They even made accommodations for their puppy to help carry the rings and show up for portraits and a little loving. All their planning, designing and constructing of their big day truly showed, and it was amazing!

Just remeber that all your hard work as a couple and planning your big day will be worth it when your dreams turn into real dreamy moments.
