Creative Producer
This month, we’re putting the person usually behind the social media posts on the other side of the Employee Spotlight. 😅
Meet Shana Trosclair Shana St Pierre Trosclair , Creative Producer at Event Producers.
Shana works alongside our team on the creative side of projects, helping with everything from event visuals and décor to client presentations, marketing, social media, sourcing, and whatever else happens to land on her desk that day.
Like most roles in event production, no two days look quite the same. One day she may be working on graphics or a client presentation, the next sourcing décor, helping prep an event, or working with the team to figure out the details of an upcoming project.
She enjoys being part of the process, collaborating with the talented people around her, and watching an idea slowly turn into something real.
And because this is event production, “Creative Producer” occasionally translates to “whatever needs to get done today.” 😂
🌟 A little exciting news! Shana was recently selected to serve as a volunteer holiday decorator at the White House as part of its holiday decorating project in Washington, D.C.! We’re excited for her to have this unique opportunity to share her love of decorating and creativity beyond the walls of EP.
We’re happy to have Shana as part of the EP crew and finally give her a turn in the spotlight!

We had a blast contributing scenic décor, signage, and truss structures to Boo at the Zoo! Alongside the many talented vendors and teams who helped with setup, we were glad to play a small part in guiding little trick-or-treaters to the fun—and creating a festive entrance for family photos.

We’re grateful to Audubon Zoo and everyone who helped make this special event happen. So happy to support a fun day benefiting Manning’s Children’s Hospital! 🎃👻

An unforgettable event, brought to life with thoughtful details and a little extra flair ✨

Our team provided the A/V, lighting, and custom scenic elements—from statement centerpieces and backdrop signage to bistro lighting, entrance floral towers, tower signage, and custom acrylic flamingos.

The custom feathered backdrop by Fancy Faces Decor & Lighting in Covington was the perfect finishing touch, White Door Events linens and high-boy bistro tables helped bring the whole look together. Proud to be part of this special event with Touro LCMC and Pampered in Pink!
