I see way too many listing photos that were obviously taken with a cellphone by someone who doesn't have an eye for photography. There is nothing wrong with being a bad photographer - unless it's costing your clients time and money because their house sits on the market while others sell quickly.

If you don't want to hire a professional photographer to get those awesome shots that sell houses, at least watch some videos on YouTube on how to photograph real estate.
