Don’t tell Travis… 🤫

I’ll spend all day vacuuming, styling, fluffing pillows, and making someone else’s house look picture perfect for photos.

Then I get home, kick my shoes off, and suddenly I have zero interest in vacuuming my own house. 😂

But that’s the funny thing about what we do. We know that the little things matter. Sometimes a little change, a little effort, and a little fresh perspective are exactly what help a home stand out.

When we stage a home, one of the very first things we do is clear the countertops.

Why? Because buyers don’t need to see stuff. They need to see the space.

Then, right before photos or showings, we sometimes see marketing flyers, business cards, brochures, and signs placed right back on the kitchen island we just spent time decluttering.

Here’s a simple tip: move those materials to a side counter, a foyer table, or another designated spot instead.

I love that this home doesn’t just have a design style… it has a personality.
