Built by .construction - 108 Trailing Oaks wasn’t trying to be loud. The deep, nearly black walls and cabinetry brought a richness that immediately set the tone, while .hoogendoorn.art layered artwork added warmth, movement, and personality throughout the home.

Every space felt intentional. Moody. Refined.

Getting to stage this Parade home and experience it alongside other local agents during our Content Caravan made us appreciate the details even more. This one didn’t just photograph beautifully… it told a story.
