A small chapel in the middle of a Morrisville cemetery. It kind of reminds me of the Old Library by Lake Afton. I was told it was build by Mr. Stockham and used as both a chapel and also for funerals. It's pretty small so not sure how many people it would hold. Someone also mentioned it is haunted! Thankfully I didn't perceive anything unusual!!

Sunday I ate at The Langhorne Hotel for the first and only time. And the food was incredible (staff was amazing, too)! Since I wanted to be sure to photograph the building before it changes hands, Wednesday afternoon I stopped by and took a few photos. However, the lighting just wasn't quite right so I returned this afternoon. Despite smoke from the Canadian wildfires, today's lighting was much better. Surely this place holds wonderful memories for a lot of you and will be missed!

While in Langhorne on Wednesday, I purchased the walking tour booklet of Langhorne where it says the property was originally built as a 'log and stone house.' Since it sounds like it was built in 1704, there must be a lot of stories to tell about its past. 🙂
