If you’ve been a part of my story here, from the bottom of my heart—thank you.
As I finished up what would be the last scheduled wedding for me in this season of life, I was overwhelmed with gratitude, love and so many fond memories of my years as a wedding photographer.
I met the most amazing people, traveled the world and worked with the most humble, kind and stunning couples. I made connections that were beyond my wildest dreams and I wouldn’t trade a single second of it.
The decision to step away wasn’t an easy one, in the slightest, but in this season of life, I want to breathe in the childhood of my babies and right now that means late night dinners, school drop offs, countless practices and games and a very demanding schedule.
I want to build our home and tend the garden, raise our chickens and play until the sun goes down. I want to be present and for me, I couldnt balance both without giving less to one or the other—a sacrifice I wasn’t willing to make to my family or to my beautiful clients.
So, for now, this is me signing off with a full heart and so much to be thankful for.
